His areas of expertise focus on enhancing immune function, academic non-cosmetic anti-aging, and ensuring the well-being of older adults.
While our geriatric patients are typically over 65 years old, it’s important to note that being geriatric is not solely defined by age. You might be 70 years old, actively working five days a week, and in excellent health, yet not considered geriatric. On the other hand, a 60-year-old individual with multiple comorbidities, taking 30 different medications, could be classified as a geriatric patient. The determination revolves around your functionality both at home and in broader settings, the comorbidities you may have, and the complexity of your medical profile.
With each new patient, we embark on a comprehensive assessment, starting from square one. Our standard practice involves initiating with a thorough medication review and an evaluation of recent laboratory results. Following this initial assessment, we proceed to order additional testing as necessary to provide the best possible care. Your health and well-being are our top priorities.
